Can I tan naked?
Yes. But remember your skin has memory. The parts of your body that have previously been exposed to the sun can tolerate more exposure. We recommend removing your underwear/bathing suit halfway through your session and progressively exposing your entire body with each subsequent visit.

Do I have to wear eyewear?
Yes. A tan created by UV rays penetrating the upper layers of your skin. The skin of the eyelid is the thinnest on your body. The light passing through will cause irreparable damage with long term UV exposure.

Do indoor tanning lotions/accelerators really work?
Yes. Accelerators stimulate melanin which rise to the surface of your skin. As melanin encounters UV light, it turns brown. The more melanin on the surface, the deeper the tan. Accelerators also keep the skin moist; thus minimizing flaking.

Can I use outdoor tanning lotions on the beds?
No. Any product with a mineral oil base will discolor the acrylic surface and due to their need to be waterproof, they are not designed for easy clean-up and sanitizing.

Can I do double sessions?
No. The law strictly forbids doing two sessions in one day. The tan will show up 2-4 hours after you tan. Do not worry about not seeing results right away.

Will I be tanned after the first session?
Not necessarily. The skin needs a few sessions to gradually develop the self defense mechanism known as a tan. This process cannot be sped up. Your tan will develop in 3-5 sessions.
